A new Lavender & deodorant find !!!

If you follow my blog for a while you know by now that I just love Lavender !!  I am also always searching for products that have this amazing ingredient but that also work well too ! As you know finding  a natural deodorant that works and keeps you smelling good all day is hard to come by !

In the recent weeks , checking out one of my favorite shopping sites   The Choosy Chick online store , I came across Pachy Deodorant By brand  Rustic MAKA !! A new line that just arrived at The Choosy Chick site . I am always look for a switch up deodorant specially a stick one  . And when I seen Pachy I was like YESS I NEED TO HAVE YOU IN MY LIFE !!

I order the Calming Fields ( lavender ) scent among other selective scents that you can pick form at The choosy Chick  online Store or at www.rusticmaka.com . Right away as it arrived It went into my travel bag as I was heading For A Night Of Green Beauty at Chicago !!!

Test Drive …. In Chicago !

The deodorant comes in two sizes a 1 oz travel size & a 3 oz  roll up stick . It comes in a variety of scents including a non-scent one .  This is a natural deodorant  that is made with organic and vegan ingredients ! And made right here in the USA & its Handcrafted  &  its even cruelty-Free !!ALL Made by the brand Rustic MAKA!  Which the name  MAKA & each  letters stands for all the ladies behind the brand . A brand that is total love & a family affair ♥.

Roll up is cool !

One thing that attracted me is that it is a roll up deodorant stick , which is not common found and was super exciting that this brand  Rustic MAKA created one !

Goodness inside ……

I love how simple the ingredient are and how many of them are actually wild crafted ingredients that indicated that your getting the the best goodies of nature in less words  🙂 .

This does have Baking soda if you are sensitive to this ingredient .

Ingredients :

Smooth Texture & a heaven scent of Lavender fields !!

The texture of this deodorant is smooth without feeling like sand or rough when putting on your pitys. Since it has Shea Butter and Coconut oil it actually conduction’s the skin which is what gives it that smooth texture when roll it on  and after washing off  in the shower .

The scent is soo… soo… good love the true lavender scent yet the freshness note at the end due to the Spearmint that adds that touch . The scent is middle range not to strong or too weak . I personally love my deodorants to smell stronger as it makes me make sure that I smell good  specially on hot summer days in Chicago !!

DID it Pass the TEST !!

I used this deodorant as mention while in Chicago summer days in August , wear it while doing morning runs and during my out about walks in the city .

Lasting scent : the scent did have a stronger lasting power and does not wear off easy as the day kept going . My under arms  smell great through the day and hold up on hot summer days in Chicago. SO YES IT PASS THE TEST !!! I am super happy & impress with the lasting power of this deodorant  specially on me as I tend to sweat a lot .

A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY …

I little goes a long way with this product , if you put to much you will feel super lavender smell .. Jejej and your under arms will feel like your sticky . The brand shows in web site how much one should be really using which I thought it was cool.

BUT………..

 The one thing I did notice  and that the brand does state about this product is that it does melt a little which cause the product to loose its solid texture when exposed to heat . When I was in Chicago it did melt on me but as soon as I put it under the cold air it be came solid again. And it did not effect its texture.  That is the only down fall of this  is that its melts but its a fixable , other then that it WORKS GREAT AND DOES THE  WORK TO KEEP ME SMELLING GOOD ALL DAY.

In this second part of ANFGB I take you to the greeting brand session of the event . Which is one of the best parts of this event is meeting the founders of brands that you love and finding new discoveries ! Its where you get top chat one on one with brand owners and ask questions about their products, which is  amazing !

First Stop: Laurel Organics

Of course my first stop had to be Laurel Organics ! This brand products are just amazing and its hard not to love them not to mention the founder & team are so kind & sweet. Of course I had to dig into these products ! Of course I had to pull myself out of this table as you can easy find your self here all Day 🙂 !

Graydon

This is actually a new brand for me and got to play with so of their products in which have many amazing ingredients . It was a nice New Discover find .

Osmia Organics

OOOOOHHH …. Osmia Organics it hard not to smell this table across the room !!! Another brand that I LOVE &  I am Obsessed with ! Its always so great to see the Osmia Organic Team as they are so funny & kind ! A lovely display of just goodness and heaven smells of lavender, rosemary ..

In addition the brand presented a NEW addition to the SPA family the : Emerald Body Essence ( you can see in the top shelf a black bottle .. this is it ) . Its a body oil that is very earth & green scent like in the most divine  way.

Alima Pure

                                 

Alima Pure was also here which is one of the most favorite cosmetic brands in the Green Community. Their table as you can see was full of products to play with . I of course dig into the new  lip sticks & lip tints just recent launch. The colors are beautiful & feel smooth on lips . I was ready to take a few but Alima was not sale the products at this event , which was a bumper 😦  . But took home with me some notes of colors that I will be buying for sure .

In addition the brand was presenting their NEW PACKAGING !!! That’s right the new packing is amazing as it avoids loose power spilling off the product and the new refill tubes  for their lipsticks . ALL I CAN SAY is that the Brand is looking SUPER SHARP. MORE NEWS …… Alima  Pure is making part of their  collection PRESS MAKEUP !!!!!!  ( now scream of excitement !)

It was so a honor to meet the founder behind this amazing brand Cocovit !! know for their amazing coconut oil that is know to be the best in the market. It was a  super fun table to play with and in addition got to meet TWO NEW products that are launching Coconut Charcoal Face  Mask & Orange + Basil Lip Balm  as seen in the table on the photo , which smells so good !! It needs to be in my life 🙂

Stark Skincare table was super creative as they had the raw ingredients in display , which I know was cool and a great way to educate the customer in whats in their products . So many cool products in this table & a brand that has so much to ofter .

A NEW LAUNCH PEEK  is their new  Waterless Serum . Yupe you heard that right. It was a pleasure to test this product  and it feels like water into your skin. I have to say this was ONE OF THE MUST IMPRESS products & creation in skincare. STAY IN A LOOK OUT FOR THIS LAUNCH !

A table full of JUST LOVE !

One Love Organics table was just love it was a lot of fun  playing with this brand as they just recent renew their whole packaging !! which is looking more lovely . This brand was also presenting a NEW FEATURE LAUNCH product the Shea & Aloe lotion  which I got to Play with and its super cooling & very moisturizing on the skin as it sink in quickly making it a great product for shaving I MUST SAy !!

This table got a lot of love !!! It was always super pack as Josh him self & lovely staff was their to helps us with are hair issues ! It was amazing to be able to MEET JOSH  & here him speak about his products and how to use them !  In addition a NEW LAUNCH was been introduce the NEW Balance hair care products for oily  / combination hair . Which by the way it smells amazing just like all his products !

So happy to be able to see my cats here in Chicago ! One of my beloved brands that I just can’t get enough off . The cat crew was their with their cats too as you can see in the photo !  The table was by far the BEST CREATIVE ONE !!! Meow Meow was presenting their NEW  FACE CARE PRODUCT ADDITION : A PUMPKIN face mask !!! YUpe Its Pumpkin time people !!!!

Axiology Lipstick

It was great to be able to meet the person behind these famous lipsticks that have taken the green community by storm . The owner was so kind and read to help you find that perfect lip color for you. Although it was sad that she was put in a  bad stop that had the worst lighting . As you can see in the photos it was dark with purple lighting. Even then the owner was very positive and gave hand handle mirror so you could go and find a perfect light stop.

Gressa was hoping & popping when I got their doing  touch ups  & full makeup was been giving on the spot ! Every one that she did looks so amazing and  glow skin, as she the owner of   Gressa work her magic . Of course I pick up some treats from here like Jolie that a beautiful peach color for lips & cheeks . Love how Gressa  is run by a  power couple that is full of passion for their costumers & the work of creating no-toxic cosmetics .

This is a brand that is love by many in the East coast side as the power group of these ladies is feel of spirit & joy just like their products.

Kari Gran was also their with the famous Lip whips , which they are a must in my list . The lovely owner was their  ready to take questions and help you test out products that would be perfect for your skin type . By the way her table was very beautiful filled with roses  I couldn’t tell if what smell good was the rose or the products 🙂 jeje .

This lovely East coast brand was ready to give us the ocean . A beautiful handcrafted brand base in New York . Who are  know for their famous Ocean hair spray & hair products for giving that a quick easy beach hair day without gong to the beach . Its always so great to see local brands & see them rise  into the market .

Hana Organic Skincare

Love the lovely Hana Organic Skincare team who are always so kind & helpful . This is a brand that is really a gem of its own. The products and ingredients are very beautiful yet simple . Of course I had to stop and chat up with the ladies of Hana Skincare to get the latest on their two new SPF product launch’s . One is a lip balm and a facial cream both with SPF . Super excited to try out these products .  So much fun chatting up with them.

This brand is super cut  & one that is hand crafted in small batch’s by a lovely young couple . Who where super helpful in providing details about their products  and which one to use for your skin type . Everything in this table smell so good !

 Kahina Giving is such a impress brand all around and the owner is a inspiring women with a passion be on words . I got a chance to listing to her while she chat with us as a group . Of course all her products are beautiful and effective as the ingredients  come from the most pure from . It was exciting so see a peek into a feature launch of a perfume FEZ . Which smells so good with a spicy note  that will be release some time in the fall months . So stay in the look out for this one !

A wrap Up …

This is it for the brand greeting as you see so many people & brands alike where their . I did miss a few tables due that many where packed and busy plus getting to everyone was not a easy task as I wanted to say high to the other bloggers that where presents . For sure time ran out quickly as one keeps on chatting away about all things Green Beauty !! It was great fun specially getting to share the moment with fiends made it even better !

First Stop Christmas Shopping at Follain ♥

This is a shop that I been enjoying stopping every time I go to Boston,MA. For one many of my favorite brands like Meow Meow Tweet, Organic Bath CO. , Ilia Beauty, Lurk, S.W Basic and among many more as the list keeps growing are found in this lovely shop. In addition its always nice to stop & say Hi to the the lovely Follain Team. This time around the shop was filled with Pine decorations  and Christmas theme gift ideas to help shoppers pick up gifts. Shopping made easy !!! Although you really just want to enjoy the Christmas smell that you surround yourself in!

Follian had this lovely section of Travel size products (Photo Above) that range from Hair care, Body care and skin care picks. Not to MENTION How Super CUTE they are !!!  A great selection of brands that would make any stocking a favorite gift . So much so that the big gifts my get forgotten!!!

A night fill with great snacks  and much talks about green products including safety, ingredients and of course many great laughs.

Food is a must In a Green Meet !

Other then us being  green product lovers we are also BIG FOOD LOVERS ! Hard Not to Tell, Right . LOL . Many of us came with home made goodies favorites . Let me tell you these girls can cook up a storm !

Fall Travel Diary : Feed, Nourish,Beautify Event in New York City

 

 Green-Beauty Get Together

It been a while since the green beauty gals got together as the last time we where chatting  up  was in the beginning of summer.  Thanks to the little angle Sarita  form Edible Facials got the group together once more before the cold Hit us here in the East coast.

This time we where getting together for : Feed Nourish Beautify Event !!!

As soon at I got the details I book my Train ticket to head to NYC…….I could not  miss this event .

The RAIN Just Keeps Following ME ……

Just like in my last trip to Boston to meet up with the lovely green bloggers their It RAIN & this time was no DIFFERENT IT RAIN EVEN MORE !!!! So it turn out to be a rain day & a tough travel trip :(. But I didn’t let that stop me !!!!

Arriving to Yarok Beauty Kitchen Salon

Walking in a long white hallway  in my lovely wet flats . As I enter I am greeted by the lovely Sarita who had the brightness smile . A big green hug had to take place :). My wet coat was removed as I was  quickly  handed a white organic wine to my hand . While Sarita  & I catch up and got up to date with tonight’s event.

People quickly roll in  slowly but shortly the green gals came in . Turning to another Green Hug Moment after another .

Inside the Yarok Hair  Kitchen Salon

Inside the salon that was turn into different sets of stations , where everyone was able to demo & have a one on one or group talk with the brand sponsors . Including a experience with products  testing  . Let me now give you a walk through experiences of each one .

BEAUTY WATER Station

 If you where under stress the moment you walk in that quickly went away . As the Beauty Water station spray us with her magic calm water spray .

Which smell amazing & kept the  space with calmness & JOY.

 As mention above the event took place at the Yarok Hair salon , in which welcome everyone  to get a hair treatment right off the kitchen .

 Hair Food  Kitchen that’s out out of this world !!!

In the Back section of  this space is where all the food action was happen but not for are tummy’s instead it was for are Hair.  How it work was that Natural pure oils and pure vegetables or plants where selected basic on your hair needs. Ingredients where cut fresh and mix with pure oils and then blend up in the STOP to make the best hair treatment .

It was pretty much a food menu for your HAIR …..

After treatment place  in your hair by one of the lovely Yarok staff , you where then taking to the hair wash station where you would get a nice hair rub as you enjoy the beautiful earth scents of  Yarok hair products, SMELL SO AMAZING .

TIME FOR A HAIR BLOW OUT !

After a foodie hair treatment & hair wash you are taking to get a hair blow out as Yarok hair stylist would straight out  your hair leaving it show its shine and volume look ,

In less words your hair Look like its Ready to hit that Red Carpet !!!

After  getting hair down that its ready to show off a good   makeup  look had to go together with all the glam.

The magic Makeup chair with Rebecca Cascianco

The lovely Rebecca .C was their to finish are fix up to go with are Glam Hair.  A spot on her chair was like a Dream  !!! . Everyone that was their wanted a piece of that green beauty chair .

A Makeup Desk  that we ALL DREAM OFF

Rebecca  brought her all time favorites and New Love Launches . Such as RMS, Kjaer Weis & La Bella Figura newest makeup collection. Along with other Green beauty brand favorites  that we all love or are lusting over.

Being in the Magic makeup Chair

I was honor  to be able to chat with Rebecca and get too  experiences  her doing my Makeup . As she did my makeup she focus on my brown eyes by creating a smoke look with Kjaer Weis eyeshadow and kept my  natural red tone lips by using Kjaer Weis to highlight my natural red-pink tone color  . Light blushing my checks  with Vaour Aure Blush to finish the natural night look.

Through the whole time it was laughter & many great tips in how to enhances my own unique beauty. Thanks Rebecca.C !

In addition to experiences  the magic chair it was also so much fun to see everyone makeup look and how some of the same colors looked different  in are skin tone  but yet enhances are natural beauty .

Between so much station and information their is also the meet & greet moments .

Their where so many amazing people  both  store & brand owners along with many great Green Blogger friends and local people of New York City.

Got to catch up with some of the lovely green bloggers & meet with many of you that I had not got a chance to meet up with. Of  course as always the conversations are filled with laughter along with talking about are fail products & are best finds to what we are testing out in the moment.

Its a good thing that we have work the next day because we can go on forever 🙂

As the nigth flys by and the green juice finishes up , its time to give green hugs .

Its time to head home as tomorrow morning is another day of real life 🙂 . The whole event turn out to be filled with joy and much lovely green scents and laughter .

Fall Travel Diary : Boston + Green Blogger Meet Up = Follian

 

Fall trip to Boston

This past Saturday October 11th  , I  Took a little road trip  up to Boston  as I figure I was close by in New York  for meeting for work. I decide to contact Ru form Short Small & Sweet Blog to gather some of the other Green Bloggers to Meet up to  Green Shop & have some Tea.

Date, Time ,Place, & Shopping experiences was all Set  .

Hitting the Road …..

Of course nothing always ends up a smooth ride ! The Day to head off to my Boston & New york road trip woke up to Heavy Rain & fog 😦 . Through the whole 8 Hour Drive  I kept my figures cross that The Rain would Move Away.

But I took it slowly with My Green Tea in Hand &  Pop Music  Kept My spirits Dancing  :). As The rain didn’t allow me to see & Leaves where falling like Rain … slippery Road HEAD !!!

BUT I MADE IT TO BOSTON ….. Safe with 30 minutes to turn in my rental car & find the shop Location.

TO FOLLIAN….

Found the lovely Shop  as the area surround its self with Brick English Homes & Trees in Fall Rainbow colors  as the air was crisp.

Hold a old fashion knob as I turn to enter  & open the door you are HIT with Fresh scent of Naturally smells a combination scent of all the products that hold in this treasure shop.

AS you enter you notice how all the green products are display as Art of Painting . Giving a clear view in the heaven that you JUST Surrounded your self IN.

The staff was humble & kind in every way possible as they would  welcome you into their Home-

It felt Like I was visiting a Family Member then a Actually store ♥.

Holly &  one of the staff members that await us to visit  assist us  in giving us a full tour of the store in how the store was display by Body care, Skin care by Type and alittle travel area with a sweet area by the window of Makeup & perfume.

TIME FLY ……. & What do Green Blogger Do ?

We where at Follian for  a least 2 hours  stopping at each display section trying things on and talking about the product in ever scene of it ( texture, smell, etc.) . We share with each other products that have worked for us & giving  tips of advise   .

Testing Testing … in what We do Best ..

We tested so many different products that we yet love & New ones that we had are Eyes ON. To some surprise many we say NO TOO.  RMS Beauty  in Curious lip/cheek  is a product that me & Ru where curious about but Found are self’s Not Wanting TOO BE PUMPKIN Orange.   IT WAS WAY TO ORGANGE no matter in what sun light or light was put on.

One fun Spot was THE HAND SINK STATION in the shop, where you get to try local hand made liquid soap . For fall scents they had Ginger Tea, Rosemarry & Teak . All the soap felt lovely . A super fun way  to try a liquid  soap.

After testing & rethink what we are going to take home . we all check out with are goodies.

What I GOT……

Although the shop had some amazing line up of product. I went for local PICKS that I knew I could not get any where else .

1. Follian Local Liquid Soaps : these are exclusive only to the store & you can only get them at the Shop . The soaps  change from time to time  by different local creators , which is pretty awesome I think in addition that your supporting a local business owner. Out of the three scents I got TEAK, its a soft fresh scent of crisp Fall AIR.

2. Stewart & Claire Lip Balm : exclusive scent & Design Just for the shop. You can only find this in store and I just had to pick one up as I am a Lip Balm girl. Also Now Ill be taking a little piece of Follian & Boston with me always.

3. Beridan Naturals Chamomile & Grapefruit Butter:  A new brand and one that I been eye out in Etsy for some time now . Love the smell & feel of this product as it just melts into your skin.

Strolling in BOSTON …..

After coming out smelling like SPA , we head out to a few local cafe’s that where recommended by Holly a staff member at Follian. In which she gave us a local map and Line out some of stops that we would love  .  First up was CAFE MADELINE a little french cafe that was a sweet tooth dream .

But in stead we hop over to a stroll into UNION PARK that was filled with beautiful trees & brick homes. In which we happen to see the MOST HALLOWEEN HOME with decorations that made us stop & think HOW DID THEY DO IT or HOW DID THEY GET UP THEIR ?!.

 

A PLACE FOR A GOOD TEA TALK……

After seeing the Halloween house  we head over to are Main stop for the rest of the day called  SOUTH END BUTTERY.  A sweet & warm place to get  a good Tea or local coffee along with some great bake goods. We all grab something warm  & sweet to continue are green chat.

After a great afternoon and Evening we all say : SEE YOU SOON 🙂

For this part of the Summer Caribbean & Travel Series I am presenting My Coconut picks by the brand Pacifica that I been loving this summer. I love coconut for it scent & nutrition benefits to both skin & healthy.

THE BRAND PACIFICA 

Pacifica is brand that focus on Body & Beauty products . The brand is know for their  Tropical & Caribbean scents that take any one to the Paradise Islands. Also the Brands is 100 % Vegan, use natural Ingredients & is cruelty -Free . It is also a brand that its products are made without Sulfate & Paraban.  The best part of Pacifica is that its a brand that  can be  found at your Local Target or Wholefoods . Which means you get to test & try many of theses products before buying.

Now Lets Take a look at the Products & go coconut Crazy !!

Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Perfume ROll-On

This travel roll on perfume is a great size to take with you any where you go .  It came in this beautifully box with a Indian flower  design (  seen in the above Photo)  . Love the packaging of this perfume.  The perfume is in a glass tube with red flower design going around tube ( seen in the below  photo) & with a gold Top.

The Scent: The scent of the perfume is strong in the roll-on but once you put it on it fades to a nice sweet coconut smell. The notes or scents are coconut with a Indian flare spice. It has more of a sweet scent then a tropical scent. The lasting power of this is at least 4 hours  after that you will need to reapply just like any other perfume which fades after a few hours.

The Ingredients :  Alcohol denat ( natural grain), Parfume ( pacifica own fragrance blend with natural & essential oils, water.

Although the ingredients may not be the greenest I consider it to be a much better pick compared to most perfume out there that have a longer list of ingredients & contain ingredients that can be very harsh to your skin.   Also I think for the price of $14 its a great buy.

Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar hand Cream

This hand cream is another great travel item and size hand cream. It has the same scent of the perfume mention Above but with a much more softer scent then the perfume.  It comes in a Indian  flower pattern with golds, reds & light blue.  Again the packaging is beautiful and  sure to call the attention of many peoples eyes when you pull it out your hand bag.

Texture of Hand Cream:

The hand cream has a light texture that is not sticky or oily when rub to the hands. It sinks right in the skin leaving your hand silk soft but not slippery . The scent fades once you rub your hands together and smooth the cream into your skin. Really like the way it feels in may hands and how it has a nice light scent .

Ingredients : water,sunflower oil, aloe leaf juice, shea butter,sweet almond,  olive fruit oil, grape seed oil,coconut water, Pacifica natural fragrances & essential oils, are some of the ingredients in the list. To get the full list go to Pacificabeauty.com

This hand cream has good ingredients but of course you can find better ones that have more pure ingredients . This hand cream is great  because its light while other trendy to be very heavy in the skin and I personal don’t like that Feeling.

Pacifica Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes

I really been loving these for my out door events like doing yoga & running . They are great to have in your bag when working out or just to have to wipe your hands or your face to refreshing up after a beach day .  I love to use these too when I am playing with makeup .

The scent: 

The wipes  have a tropical coconut smell that is not over powering . The scent does fade once you finish wiping your face . The scent does not stay in your skin instead is more of a refreshing scent that fades quickly .

 The wipe size & function  :

The wipe as you can see in the photo above it has more in length then it does in how wide it it. Which for some people this make not be the best size to use to wipe off makeup. But since I use it to wipe off my Yoga Mat or to refresh my face after a morning run   or yoga class the size works great for these functions.

Although I personally do NOT recommend them to be use as Makeup Remover Wipes. First the wipe is too soft and has no grip in doing the function  to remove makeup. Also these wipes have Fragrances which its not good if you have sensitive skin  or eyes . So keep this in Mind. But they are great to be use to wipe you hands, Yoga mat or gear or to wipe off some green juice that you just happen to drop in your jacket. 🙂 ( this is me everyday !! 🙂 )

You get 30 wipes for $6 to 7 depending where you get them ! I find they are a great price & smell great.

 

Ingredients :

No sulfate & No Paraban !!! Water, coconut water,aloe leaf extract,papaya fruit extract, calandula extract, citric acid, phenoxyethoal,potassiun sorbate, fragances(all natural).

Although these are not the best wipes in terms of ingredients , I think is still better then what one finds out their or compared to other products in the market.  I love the scent of coconut that it has and also like how soft they are. As mention above I only use these for my active lifestyle and they work just great for that. 🙂

Summer Caribbean & Travel Series : New York City Whole Foods Stop

Summer is Here , Travel fun !

Summer is Here, which means more traveling for me . And one of the things I like to do when visiting  a different  State is checking out their  natural food stores  to get food of course but to also see & discover new brands . Specially, finding products or brands that are not commonly found in the local area. In a recent trip to New York City ” The Big Apple & the city that never sleeps” .  I went for a event  & I had some free time to go around and make some visits to some of my Favorite Green Stops .

New York Has so many places Now  & they continue to pop up with new places . I honestly can’t keep up :). One of my STops was to visit Whole Foods Market located at 25th & 7th Avenue , this is one of the  many locations that their is in New York city.  One of my favorite features of this one is that they Have a whole Body& Beauty store of its own right next door to the regular whole foods  , which I love . They have a bigger product selection and more brands included in this store that are not common found in other whole food locations.

 Now lets check out what I picked up !

I found a lot of my favorite goodies but specially found them in different flavors that are not seen or found at my local Whole Foods , in which their is at  least four in my area.  The following are my PICKS & FINDS :

1.Kiss My Face Tooth Paste in Triple Action (TOP Left In Photo) 

I love Kiss My Face Tooth Paste specially the Aloe Vera One . I been wanting to pick up this one ( Triple Action)  but I can’t find it on my local stores for some reason. So when I seen it I had to grab one :). I really been wanting to try this one for a while since it helps in removing plaque, whitens teeth & prevent tartar build-up.

2.  SUn Cups in Milk Chocolate  (Middle Left in Photo)

I am in love with these ! They are so good and are better for you  in terms of ingredients . They are Gluten-Free , Non-GMO Verified & Nut Free . So when I seen these too, I had to grab one as I have not seen it on my whole foods. They do have other flavors  like mint, dark chocolate at my local whole foods but I  have yet to see this one.

3. Snapea  Crisps Green Beans in  Black Pepper Flavor ( Bottom Left in Photo) 

I always enjoy eating my vegetables in a fun  & a new way !  so a while back I got a sample of these in their regular flavor  and  love them as its a fun way to eat your Green Beans. But I didn’t know they came in other flavors until I seen them in NYC . I was so excited and had to grab a bag or two 🙂 of these guys.  They have a good amount of fiber & are made out of really Green beans.  they are  like eating green beans  but instead area just baked and crisps like potato chips.

4. CLIF BAR  in  Chocolate Brownie, Apricot, & Banana Nut Bread  ( Right side of Photo)

I enjoy CLIF Bars  for their flavor  and good sources of protein  on – the -Go. I always have one in my bag for those long days .  When I want to NYC Whole Foods they had them on sale plus  has flavors that I have not seen around my local market . So I had to pick up a few of Apricot, Banana Nut bread & Chocolate brownie flavors .  All three flavors are taste really good 🙂

Those where all the things that I got on my Stop to Whole Foods Market at 25th & 7th Avenue in New York City. Most of it was Food  since its one of those things that I use up the most . I love everything that I got specially with all the new flavors that I found   .

Introduction :

Summer is  Here & its time to  prepare are Skin/ Body/Hair for the SUn & Waves . I Happy to bring you  the Summer Caribbean & Travel Series that will Run  through the whole Summer long .  In this series you can expect to SEE A lot of MANGO’S & Coconut & Lot … Lots of Photo from the views of My Home  Island .

What to Expect :

I will be writing a lot of  topics  such as  Travel Tips, How to package light for a short weekend,  and will be including  post on the benefits of coconut, & mango . In addition to health topic  in protecting your self from the Sun and way to stay hydrate . Also will be including some of my favorite summer picks  ranging from beauty, body, hair and fashion items . I will be writing short travel trip post that will include places  that I stop & discover including food/ beauty items finds , shops, markets, & etc.
